At Rocky&Bud, we strive to offer suitable strong and durable handmade products for your beloved dogs. However, it is the responsibity of the customer to ensure the product bought is suitable for the dog in question. We cannot be held responsible for products that fail due to neglect or general wear and tear (more details further down the page).
Please always assess the suitability, safety and stability of the products on a regular basis. Over time and with constant use, collars, leads and harnesses can become compromised and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of their dog at all times.
Fabric collars are great for daily wear but please be aware that with constant use, it is normal for fabric colours to fade and in some circumstances, edges to fray. Imagine wearing the same t-shirt every day for a year without washing it or ever taking it off. It will start to look a little worn out. Now think of what your dog puts its collar through on a daily basis -mud, long swims in lakes, snow, rain and puddles, hunting in bushes and running through long grass. It is perfectly normal and okay for a collar to look a little worn out after months and months of wear :) It is for this exact reason that we always recommend having more than one collar for your dog, enabling you to rotate their wear and prolong their life.
Refunds and exchanges
We will happily refund or exchange and product that is the wrong size or is faulty due to our mistake.
If, however, the wrong size or width is ordered, we are under no obligation to refund or exchange the product. All our products are made to order so please double-check the sizing and ensure the suitability of the products before you order.
We will not refund or exchange products that fail due to negligence and general wear and tear. If your dog chews the collar, for example, no refund or exchange will be offered.
Our turnaround time changes regularly and our current wait time is always displayed in the shopping basket of the site.
We are a small business and make every product to order. Please bear that in mind at busy times of the year i.e Halloween and Christmas.
We reserve the right to change the turnaround time at any point.
